Tricia works with CEOs and leadership teams when the business needs clarity, not more activity.

Companies sometimes call me when they think they need marketing ideas.
Growth has slowed, decisions feel heavier, and capable teams are no longer moving in the same direction.
My role is to help leadership see the business clearly again - not just come up with new marketing ideas - and lead the work required to align it.
I help companies determine how they compete and what matters most - then translate that into decisions the organization can execute consistently.
That often includes strategic direction, positioning, leadership alignment, prioritization, and focused marketing execution.

My focus comes from operating inside organizations where small strategic choices carried very large consequences.

Over the past 25+ years, I've led strategy, product and marketing within global companies and growth-stage businesses - environments where alignment, not effort, determined results. My experience includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Starbucks, and Microsoft.
Across those roles, I saw the same pattern repeatedly:
Companies rarely struggle because people aren't working hard.
They struggle because capable leaders are solving different versions of the same problem at the same time.
That is the work I now focus on.

On the personal side, I am a proud Seattle native and enjoy all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, from outdoor adventures to a vibrant wine community and everything in between. Lake Chelan is my happy place, and yoga plays an important role in how I approach both life and work, emphasizing balance, awareness, and intentional action. I care deeply about community and spend time supporting nonprofit organizations and serving on boards. I also cherish time with my husband of 35 years, our three adult children, and long walks on the beach or in the mountains with our Bernedoodle.
