I work with CEOs and leadership teams when the business needs clarity, not more activity.
Companies sometimes call me when they think they need marketing ideas.
Growth has slowed, decisions feel heavier, and capable teams are no longer moving in the same direction.
My role is to help leadership step back, see the business clearly again, and make the strategic decisions that create momentum.
Over the past three decades, I've worked inside global companies, growth-stage businesses, and organizations navigating significant change.
The industries have varied. The leadership challenges have not. Whether the business sells coffee, software, consumer products, or higher education, the same patterns eventually emerge.
Growth slows.
Priorities compete.
Capable leaders begin solving different versions of the same problem.
Recognizing those patterns - and helping leadership teams respond to them - is the work I do today.
My perspective has been shaped by leadership roles inside global companies and growth stage organizations including Procter & Gamble, Starbucks, Microsoft and Coinstar/Outerwall...along with advisory work for founder-led companies, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and private equity-backed businesses.
